Have been joined this company around one month!!
Try to visited my own clinets by myself today, but met two trobles!!
The first one is happened because of I sent incorrect technical information to my client. They sent spectek flash which can't work when they tried and sent back to the company to verify. After checked by our FAE and confirmed 161 just can support 8bit flash, but the flash they sent back is 16 bit which we can't support, although the marking is 8bit. I believe it's my fault to give them the wrong info, fortunatelly they didn't arrange on production line and they can arrange change these flash lot back to the vendor....
The second one is I tried to find out the marketing situation with the client when the first time we met. Although I don't think this is fault, but FAE who accompany with me thinks this behavior will strenthen the defense of the client normally, especially when we meet at the first time. I think this is the difference from the client of oversea and domestic. I should think this issue sincerely and find the best way to face and service my domestic clients....
